Backing up your site is really important. If you are a self-service customer you should take regular backups through the tools in cPanel (see Files > How to Backup your site on this knowledgebase). If you have a managed hosting plan with us, we take backups for you. Backups are taken every night, and we hold seven days worth of backups. The backups are taken at the file level so we can restore individual sites or files when required.
